Our leadership team actively seeks opinions and thoughts from employees. But the key here is that they actually take top-down action based on that feedback. It's not lip-service.

We all come from fairly different tech backgrounds (self-taught, formal CS education, new to the industry, seasoned, been in our sector their entire career, hopped around to many different sectors, etc.). This gives our team a wealth of knowledge to share with each other and makes our product better
