
Senior management seem a bit clique-y, & departments seem quite siloed, so if you didn't have as good an immediate team as the AEs do it could feel quite lonely. Don't seem to be good feedback mechanisms in place for suggestions, questions, & concerns. More junior teams not involved in discussions

I am in training, so getting good feedback, and feeling like I am accomplishing things and progressing

The culture within my immediate team is positive, hardworking, and friendly. There's very little interaction outwith the immediate team, so difficult to say on that
I don't feel like a clear and tailored breakdown of my benefits has been provided, but the AE salary is quite low for the role and I only overlooked that in taking the job because of the prestige of the Lancet name
