It would be better if we were more meritocratic
freedom to choose my priority and make an impact with important projects and clients
there is not enough mechanism to keep exceptional talent and reward them. The culture and performance review incentivize to fit a curve at all cost rather then recognizing that some complete team are low performer and some other are high performers. Job level are missattributed.
