Elsevier has a great reputation as having nice people and a positive corporate culture and it's well-deserved. I'm new to Elsevier but I've worked enough other places to appreciate the positive energy and supportive environment here. Even remotely, it shines through daily.

Feeling like I'm accomplishing something -- a deal, solving a customer's challenges, learning something, having great interactions with my manager and co-workers on my team and across the company.

I trust the leadership team's willingness to make changes to keep Elsevier competitive in this competitive, challenging market but to keep our culture top of mind as they're doing it.

Everyone is really open and friendly and ready to work together even as changes are happening. Change isn't comfortable, but there is a feeling that we're all in together and we're doing our best for our customers (even if we have to make it up).
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
Base pay is low in comparison to similar roles at other companies by a significant percentage -- 20 to 30%. Having that raised would make current employees less likely to consider leaving for better comp packages and would entice the best candidates to consider Elsevier more seriously.
