Our team is not only caring and friendly, but more importantly we all care about helping one another and making sure each one of us succeeds

We do not run a culture around "what have you done for me lately" and instead look at things over longer periods (quarter, year). Also, there are clear goals and actions required on our part, but this not coached through fear tactics only.

I know what I have to do, have my personal goals in place, and enjoy the people I work with. I work for a company that brings tools and content to the world that allow our clients to promote creativity, safety, sustainability, and so much more.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
I feel my base compensation is somewhat satisfactory but having a very limited plan that covers both new business and retention but does not pay new business sales to the scale of any other new business rep causes a lack of focus and reward for adding new logos
