I meet amazing people, and everyone is so smart and supportive. As a new joiner, I feel welcomed, everyone is understand and willing to help. I'm happy that I can work remotely and have flexible paid-time off. I have a good work life balance and my manager encourages for our well-being too.

the workload is quite same with other region, but the compensation is following the worker's homebased which is low

Flexible benefit like well-being and vacation but I wish it gets separated with outpatient benefit like GP, Dental, and Optical

mostly everyone i met is humble and willing to help. work life balance and flexibility were the culture that i like the most.

because it's a global company and i kinda expect more but for now i do appreciate because i have two times of overseas travelling, flexibility, and remote setting.
