There has been a real shift towards putting people first since Kumsal became CEO in February 2019. The EMT's focus on inclusion and wellness is fantastic and makes me want to go the extra mile help the company succeed.
I would like to see much more transparency around how compensation is decided. It's not so much that I feel underpaid, it's more that I don't know how my package and salary are decided. Also, if I knew what changes to my package were within reach, I feel it would help drive my career development.
