In my opinion, I feel that in most of the cases only the lucky ones shine. And for other hardworking individuals, their growth is controlled by their line managers. HR business partners are highly biased and protect the managers. There is no fair trial of complaints.

They should stop judging me. A person who is parentless and single doesnt mean he or she has huge bank balance and comes to work for timepass. A person whose marital status is single, shouldnt be taken for granted.
