I have only been at Elsevier for 6+ months but in that time it is clear how much the company values its employees. I work with incredibly smart people who have respect for one another, and I feel comfortable sharing my ideas. The management team feels accessible and respects my opinions.

I have only been here 9 months but I've been extremely impressed with the company's values and mission. Their attention to the wellness of their employees and the recognition they provide often is something I've never had before. I am learning a lot from some very smart and experienced colleagues.
