their attempt at transparency and keeping us informed on a frequent basis with emails from Jan and the town-halls and Kumsal's video messages.

although i don't feel i experience this but i do feel the move to a coaching culture is great and will help to elevate employees.

When asking my manager what do i need to do to move to the next-level he tells me move departments, companies or leave RELX. THE total opposite of what i would consider a coaching mentality.
