The warm welcome and readiness to help out/understand
I have yet to be here a year, so TBD..
The genuine, warm and helpful aspects across ALL team members!
Everyone is personable and patient, the focus on customer success and fit is key.
People are genuine, nice, supportive, and want good things for each other. No attitudes here!
The feeling I am accomplishing good things and that the end goal is/are nurses who are ready, competent and knowledgeable.
They are so supportive, they care and whenever you have a question they are there! What more can you ask for, especially when, for us, we do not have a common office.
They are genuine, this means the most to me, it means when they speak and act it is because they truly mean it and feel it. These are leaders you can get behind and the trust is strong.
The salary is okay, I have yet to be here a full year so bonus compensation will be a factor. The benefits were not as robust as my husbands, the relx purchase perks are nice, ie. MS365 discount.
I think the leadership team just doesn't talk the talk, they walk it too - my recent example of Speed Mentorship Meeting with top leaders, it was well organized and each of the leaders I met was genuine, specific, helpful, engaging, etc.
To see programs succeeding, this means better education, this means better nurses, this means better care. Better care is the cornerstone of a robust healthcare system, where people trust the caregivers and have more positive outcomes. The value in this is tangible and priceless for everyone.
The down to earth culture, that its a process coming on board, that asking questions (over and over) is OK!, that its a place to have a career and grow into different roles over time, and that it seems people who get it, stay, for a long time!
I think that it reflects the work that needs to happen over the course of a year to achieve goals, growth and productivity. In many cases we are change enablers with out customers, so the cadence can be varied on the account level but on the broad level shows good reflects people engaging in change
