We help each other out. We are a tight-knit team. We are also efficient. There is a lot of warmth in the team as well as efforts to be inclusive of everyone's personalities and needs.
Great opportunities to gain new skills and experiences, but only in addition to my role. Within my role, there are few opportunities to take on challenging responsibilities and progress. I am aware of silos and hierarchies compared to previous roles. A clear career path and targets would help.
There is a big focus on diversity and inclusion. It's not perfect, but it's clear there is a big drive for celebration of our differences, understanding of our different needs, and positive changes, big and small, in the area diversity, equality and inclusion. There are a lot of motivated people.
Some things about my day to day role excite me, and others have become very routine. At the moment, I am in a big transitional period in my life, so it's hard to feel excited. I feel supported by my managers, but I also feel like it's within strict limits and I have to hide bits of myself.
