Positive with some frustration points - leadership seems sincerely great, but most of the "worker-bees" seem to have fallen way behind current and do not seem overly inspired to change that.

I feel like the leadership team tries to honestly and openly communicate with us all regularly - with as much overall transparency as possible.

My immediate peers have all worked here FORever and it shows. Their skills are deprecated, their enthusiasm is deprecated, and now their stack is deprecated.

What we actually do. And, I think leadership genuinely wants to be more like a technology company. I do feel like the opportunity is mine to waste or take most days, which is awesome.
