Culture can't be beaten. Compensation transparency would be something that would increase recruiting and retention opportunities. I would love to know where I currently stand in the pay band identified by Fanatics. This with actual tracked performance reviews would be amazing improvements.

My leadership team leads by example. They aren't afraid to get their hands dirty with their teams. They take the time to meet and hear my voice on every matter. I feel that they are invested in me and my future here or elsewhere.

Waiting for 'promotion time' slows your compensation and career progression. Not knowing how much your position can earn is somewhat of a negative. Feel like salary should be upfront and easily searchable by positions within my career field. Analysts I or II can make 'X 'to 'X' and what affects that

I'm most happy that I can work on projects that pertain to my field of study/job. I love that when I come to work I use industry-leading tools and have the freedom to utilize those tools that effectively assist our enterprise in achieving its goals. Essentially, my works have a visible impact.

GSD mentality isn't bound by time. Some days I do stay working a little later than usual but that's because I enjoy the work I do. I feel fulfilled and I love to GSD. But, there are times when I get off earlier. My goals for that day or project have been met and at the end of the day, I still GSD!
