so far this is the best tech company I have ever worked for. There are lots of opportunities for the company and myself to grow in a tech word, and I'm excited for that.

I hate to say this because I don't think it's intentional and partly due the lack of offer negotiation. But I do feel that I'm getting compensated less than my male coworkers.
