there is an acceptance that the culture is bad, and interest in making it better.
More resources; improve the overall culture by adding diversity and exercises that bring in the energy at work.
They try to be as transparent and communicative as they can be. There is a genuine desire in the tech leadership to change the culture, and be a more open, inclusive and diverse company. But I do see the energy fizzle by the time it trickles-down.
