Good startup company but with the nature of start up most of the process is not settle or record so new person have difficult time to understand the process. But I see that the company have a high potential to be a really good company for both experience and compensation.

With poor onboarding process and clear direction, the new comer will suffer with a lot of hardship for uncertainty and no support. But the company have a lot of opportunity to utilize my skill so I would like to stay with company but would change my current role to data intensive role & team.

I have two team to interact with first team for planning they very supportive but operation team not so much.

outgoing and fun but not detail oriented eg. onboarding process for new comer is not well prepare both equipment and also job function can cause frustration, insecure, so can delay adaptation rate to company.

They have no direction, procedure, tools, and support to perform my current job. Then I have to go through the hardship of the job by apply the skill that over my pay grade for current job and put a lot of hours to make the process work.
