Our team is comprised of some very intelligent people. We value execution and agility, and we aren't bogged down in redtape. We threw out long and unnecessary meetings in favor of impromtu slack conversations and constant communication. Get Sh*t Done culture.

The pay and benefits are great. But the flexibility of DTO (discretionary time off) and working from home is amazing. Imagine waking up every day, not worried about being late, or going home for lunch, picking up your child from school, and then finishing the day off working from home.

I go to work and the stress of the outside world goes away. I feel accomplished and proud of what we've done and what we are doing and where the company is going. The job can call for some late nights, some interupted dinners, and long weekends, but Fanatics always take care of me.
