
My job has grown exponentially since I started 3-4 years ago. My paycheck has not.
Communication across different teams. I.E. Operations communicating with tech and vice versa. One hand never seems to know what the other is doing and is leading to contention.
There better be the opposite to this question in here... The most positive thing about the enviroment is my immediate management. They do what they can to get us the tools we need and actively attempt to make our day to day work life more pleasant
The team I work on has a culture of "Get stuff done" that permeates from a team perspective rather than an individual one. None of us care who has to do the work, just that it needs to get done. We knock it out quickly and efficiently for each and every ask
The upper management team seems to have forgotten that my team exists, despite all we do to develop new platforms for the company. All of the knowledge, efficiency, accuracy, and quality of work accrued by our team seems irrelevant to anyone. Acknowledgement would go a long way. My pay has not grown
