It started off very positive and I felt like this was a company I could be with for a very long time. Over the years my opinion has changed drastically and i have been worn down and burnt out by the lack of advancement opportunities at my location and the lack of respect and recognition for my team.

Stop letting negative attitudes thrive, we seem to value and cater to people with negative views and opinions and never discipline people for being outwardly negative about the job.

Understanding what it is like to work at a lower position in the organization. Most of our higher ups have come from lower tier positions and seem to forget the struggles of daily work in the admin 1-3 positions

The whole experience needs overhauled. We are underpaid and overworked in our field. I feel taken advantage of while i am at work. There is 0 recognition for what we do and how we help and support our fellow workers in operations.
