Fanatics is a dynamic growing company that has a fast pace; however, if you can handle a changing and growing environment it is rewarding to grow with the company.

Great experience, but I don't see opportunity for advancement. The HoldCo element brings a level of insecurity, they tend to drive the direction/focus which isn't always clear.

The fast pace, you don't have to worry about being bored. Also, casual dress.

Busy environment allows for a quick day; however, pace is a grind. Company could slow a little to balance workload/worklife environment.

Unfortunately, so much of compensation has been provided via options/stock. Very limited and infrequent opportunities to liquidate, no value without liquidation. If working for a public company this would be available annually as vested; a big miss for my level and compensation range.
