
I dont think i am getting paid for according to company salary structure. They are just paying 20-30 % of your previous salary.
I don't think pay is high for our project team. junior level engineers getting paid higher than me even though I am critical to project and team.
HR needs to think employee is not a daily labour. pay structure should not be based on what his previous salary and should not be offering high salaries when they want to quit. it should be based on how much of work he is putting in and his skills.
