Company was better years ago. No more fun to be had at work. Not appreciated. Way under payed. When bring these issues up to GM or Managers get fluff answers that never go anywhere.

More recognition for the great work people do. Also pay scale is way off for the company.

The pay is way off for most positions that are not on the warehouse floor. Moral is in the gutter. Pay needs fixed asap and employees need to feel appreciated and taken care of.

Sadly the culture is almost toxic. We used to have more associate appreciate event that no longer happen. There is an open door policy but when you talk to the leadership they dont really care and nothing happens to correct the issue.

We are asked to do more with less daily. Only the mistakes are brought to light and never to good things that are done. Being asked to do things that are above our current pay rate with no increase in pay rate.
