
I would like HealthStream's leadership team to consider compensation growth as well as career paths from various entry-level positions.
I have always enjoyed working with my coworkers. We are able to rely on each other to get our jobs and take over some extra work if anyone's workload starts to get overwhelmed.
HealthStream's annual evaluation process consists of self, peer and manager reviews; however, only the manager review affects your annual merit increase. In addition, in my role, there are no opportunities for career growth without changing departments which has caused minimal compensation growth.
