I'm very happy, and I've had a wonderful experience thus far (under 2 years). I feel lucky to be a part of a company like HealthStream. While they can improve in some areas, overall, I would rate them an above average employer. It would take a lot for me to voluntarily leave HealthStream.

Their communication is outstanding. Also, they often demonstrate that they actually care about the well-being of ALL company employees.

My manager and team because they are such a pleasure to work with. I couldn't ask for a better manager.

Our ability to help one another, coach each other, work perfectly towards a common goal, and have fun while doing it. The manager of our team is oustanding!

I think the benefits package needs to be improved. Medical offerings, 401k match, and bonus structures are definitely below market average. Also, there needs to be an employee stock purchase plan, ideally discounted.

The relaxed, but focused culture. It is a company that seems to truly care about their employees. In addition, the Executive Team is very intelligent and I'm 100% confident in the short-term and long-term decisions they make to help spur company growth.
