HealthStream has been a good company to call home for many years. However the culture of the company has started to change over the last few years and it is no longer a place i can see myself staying for much longer.

I would like to see equity sharing over the current PIP bonus system. Would prefer a system that compensated employees for opting out of certain benefits.
