I appreciate the honesty, transparency, and the integrity that most of the leadership team exhibit. It also appears that, overall, the company values are generally lived out by those in leadership positions.

I love the sense of humility that I've gathered from interacting with nearly everyone in the company, especially a few of executives. It speaks of a willingness to listen and seriously consider the thoughts and opinions of others.

I think the best part of my compensation package is the Performance Incentive Program (PIP). It provides an opportunity and an incentive to tackle various issues and opportunities for improvement and to be rewarded for it. It's been a great way for fostering teamwork as well.

The knowledge and experience of serving an industry that cares for the most vulnerable population in our society is what makes me the most happy at my work; especially hearing from customers of our success in that endeavor. We thrive on supporting frontline caregivers and driving meaningful change.

I liked the thoroughness and substance of the questions, and the overall attitude of the interviewers. It seemed as though the focus was about who I am as a person more than what I could do. I also appreciated that it felt comfortable to be myself because of the relaxed and friendly environment.

My team is akin to family. We respect each other and truly enjoy each others' company. I feel as though I go to work to see my friends rather than just seeing coworkers. I've been working with a few of them for 10 years now and I think, for many of us, our greatest fear is disappointing our team.
