Working for VerityStream has been difficult. Leadership is constantly shifting focus and often times has knee-jerk reactions rather than taking a moment to think through the solutions to problems. Poor/Lack of communication with direct team managers is also a problem and leads to a lot of confusion.

I am paid below market for my industry. The percentage increase for promotions is minimal and it isn't a fair practice to pro-rate a merit increase in a particular year for getting promoted 5 months earlier. The employees you manage shouldn't make practically similar salaries.
