I sincerely appreciate how everyone within my team is determined to not only see the department succeed, but see each individual succeed as well. As an intern, everyone is always 100% open to help with things that I may not understand or know.

Although I am an intern, and I may not be the expert on Excel, my team has shown me that they are confident in my abilities and trust me to work big projects alongside them. What makes me the most happy is the fact that I have freedom in my work, without being hovered over or given strict directions
