Hoshizaki is a good place to work with decent benefits. Our ability to retain top talent is a concern. The move to 4 -10s could really help especially if we can get away from working Fridays. We need to offer 3 weeks vacation after 5yrs vs 7 and be able to buy more vacation time. Roth 401K too.

Hoshizaki is a good place to work. We have many challenges, but we are trying to work together to get through them. It appears that leadership team is trying to help us catch up to modern employee expectations. Hopefully this will help us to acquire and retain top talent.

Overall great company. It's very dynamic. Always something "exciting" going on. I wish we spent a little less time firefighting and more time acting proactively.

Thank you for taking time to participate in our quarterly survey, we appreciate all of your positive and constructive feedback. We are currently working on updating our vacation policy and will be sending out a communication detailing the new policy very soon. We are also in the process of implementing a new employee recognition platform that will be used company wide.
