Leadership team works closely with the HR team (HR-GA-EHS). Employees express their concerns and needs to HR-GA-EHS. Assessments and surveys are conducted. Communication about the direction of the company is shared through written documentation and technology.

When, I see a leadership employee eating lunch with an manufacturing employee, that brings joy to my heart. Implementing the cost of breakfast and lunches are affordable for everyone. Reaching out to employees and their families during there time of grieving for a loved one (esp. pandemic).

The best things about my team is the willingness to jump in and help each other as needed. The HR Team (HR-GA-EHS) play a huge role in addressing the needs of all Hoshizaki Lancer, and Jackson employees. The in-person team huddles are amazing. Seeing the smiles on everyone's face brings so much joy
