Thus far, I would say my overall experience at Informatica has been great, characterized by positive and enthusiastic leadership, a cohesive team that ensures nobody is left behind, kindness and understanding towards each other, and great camaraderie and friendship!

I think the most positive thing about the culture and environment at our company is our willingness to work together (both as colleagues and as friends) and get to know each other as well as the open atmosphere that enables learning and fosters growth at both an individual and team level.
