I have had an excellent and fulfilling experience so far. I have met exceptional individuals and have had a very nourishing tenure. However, the recent experiences have made me worried about my future over here. I feel we are moving away from people and towards shareholder value exclusively.

There is a strong sense of comradery amongst my team members and I feel this is one of the best perks of my job.

The people always top this list for me. Genuine individuals with a desire to help. There is a strong sense of loyalty and care for each other. The recent firings have made me question the above sentiment a lot recently.

Being able to maintain my individual self and maintain my work-life balance. This is a crucial factor I look for in employment and is very scared for me. Another factor are the tools and time I have to learn new things/courses. I only wish I could learn more industry specific skills as well.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
I feel like I had started at a lower package and as such any potential future growth comes from that. I had made an attempt to discuss the salary spectrum and where I stand here but was not satisfied with the outcome of that discussion. At present, I am scared to push further on this discussion.
