My first year has been great, I have been provided everything to succeed and am succeeding. I am excited to continue growing in this role and feel that I have many career paths to follow. I wish I would have gotten here much sooner.

I like that I have an annual number but that I can hit quarterly accelerators. So far there have been multiple sales contests and bonuses for specific sales which has been nice as well.

Everyone is beyond helpful and engaging. Whenever I need help with something, there are always a range of people I can tap for guidance. Although we are all remote, we do a great job staying in touch and engaged wherever we may be.

Having positive conversations with customers where they are needing to solve a problem and we have a solution to help them better serve their customers. I also am very happy that I have not met a very rude leader or anyone rude for that matter, we really do hire great human beings.

I mainly only engage with my manager and a bit with my AVP so it is very limited exposure. So far the higher levels appears to be communicative in updates and the way behind them. I also like that many of the leaders rose through the ranks and know how to succeed here.

We really do put the customer first in everything we do and that creates a culture of striving to do what is best for the customer. I like that we all believe that we can truly impact our customers impacting their customers and that is what motivates us to get after it day in and day out.
