I loved the company when I joined. After the Pandemic, I see the layoffs and the reduction in the support of the Trailblazer community eating away at our culture. We are becoming like everyone else, and that will dilute our value.

It is helpful when we encourage and honor each other, and I think it is also helpful when we receive constructive criticism. I think everyone I work with wants to do their best.

I love the company and have been a long time fan before joining the company. I felt that Salesforce truly was a force for change. I think this is still in our DNA but recent shifts to Performance Culture seem to be eating away at our uniqueness. I think the senior leadership still understands.
