I have been here for almost 8 years now and its been the best place I have worked in so far. I have been in the night shift since day one and its always been great. Never felt that I need to switch or change.

We are a great team where we can trust each other that the job gets done. All expectations are met and manager provides relevant feedback when necessary.

Based on my overall experience and being a tenured employee I am expecting a higher compensation. At the same time I have never felt undervalued in this team.

We have a startup environment, even though we are a legacy company, where new ideas are encouraged. We are allowed to think and come up with solutions. We have a great open door policy.
