Strong message and direction, very focuced. We struggle as an old company that need to change but is attached to old processes and culture. It is nice to feel the good energy of our CEO and the whole message the company wants to communicate.

I am underpaid by the company since the day I have begun, when I was hired for the smallest ammount posible far out my real potential value, HR should be more careful to support management in the hiring process.
