Owning the vision. They all fail to be able to articulate executable guidance. Mid-level management have no idea what they're doing, & blame subordinates for everything.

Clean out the mid-level management dead weight; it's a business, it's not personal. Embrace ideas, embrace collaboration. Listen to your doers, & just roll up your sleeves.

No raise in 3 years, W-2 actually went down one year. No potential of equity when we go public; the reward for the company going public is your paycheck.

Everyone is afraid to admit they don't understand what's going on. We understand the vision, no one understands how we're supposed to execute because mid-level leadership is incompetent & can't articulate the execution strategy.
