I loved the new hire call where Mark Mader joined. He was so personable and present. Besides him, I've had none to very little exposure to other leaders.

quality inbound leads that help me reach my quota and support my family. Knowing the leadflow is solid, makes me want to keep working hard to find quality deals.

I love that people are actually hitting quota and earning a great living. The comp structure and benefits, retirement options are great. A big part of why I took this job was for the $0 family medical for monthly premiums. With that changing for 2025, it came as a shock.
