Overall I've had a positive experience with the company. I've had the ability to move around the company into new roles that meet my interest and have worked with many great people across the company along the way. But more support from people managers for promotions is needed to keep me here.

Hosting live meetings to address employee questions and concerns, good or bad. In a time where it feels like company leaders are segregating themselves from the employees that are responsible for achieving the goals they set, swift transparency is extremely valued at all levels of leadership.

I feel like I need to battle for the upward mobility I feel I deserve against leaders who maybe "drag their feet" a bit more, do not prioritize my career aspirations as much as their own, and/or prioritize their other work besides their people manager responsibilities.
