
Each person on my immediate team brings their own motivation and they care about supporting and helping their colleagues. There is a genuine interest in seeing everyone succeed.
They care about stable growth. They don't expect high results in ignorance but they truly partner with individual contributors to achieve a team outcome. There is no cliff between leadership and individual contributors.
People want to succeed but it isn't over the top. There is room to be passionate but there isn't a corporate dogma of having to pretend collaboration is your primary driving passion in life. There is a healthy work life balance.
I feel in control of my success for the most part. I also feel there is enough space for me to succeed in my own way. I don't feel over-coached and can play to my strengths. I feel I can take ownership over my role and my feedback matters.
