They are incredibly collaborative and helpful. There is very little, if any, politics. I value the affinity that Smartsheet has for bringing in good people.

I appreciate the work life balance and the autonomy given in my role. The culture is constantly evolving and I think it has always been about collaboration and teamwork.

I feel like Smartsheet has consistently sat significantly below the market average on compensation, it is simply a fact. I'd feel better if my compensation was more in line with market reality.
