I have loved working at Smartsheet for the last 5 years and envisioned crossing a 10 year milestone but I would say the last 6-8 months has really made me start to question that future. I have watched peers depart due to poor leadership decisions wondering if I too should look elsewhere

I really enjoy working with my nuclear team and leadership. I enjoy interacting with customers and exploring the ways in which the Smartsheet product can push the limit

Company offers unlimited access to Better Help which is a counseling service. Most companies offer an EAP which covers a few sessions. This really emphasizes Smartsheet's prioritization of employees' well-being

There has been no signs of company leadership addressing the tangible decrease in the value proposition of being a Smartsheet employee from being public to private (ESPP, RSU, etc). On top of that many of hurdles employees have faced lately in regards to USM were unnecessary due to poor planning.

In my 5 year tenure at SMAR this is the least confident I have been in my outlook of SMAR. Many employee departures on a weekly basis, GTM teams getting kicked in the teeth with USM, customers loyalty & confidence decreasing, lower employee value proposition w/benefits as private company, underpaid
