Overall good experience, excited about where we are going. Frustrated by our lack of process and efficiency but I understand that will come in time. I feel like the learning team could help in more areas if we had more resources. for instance, internal training, M&A, and client retention.

Lack of resources, the difficult situations we find ourselves with clients, and the nature of sContract make day to day work challenging. Product stabilization, operational efficiency (across pro services, product, and other teams) makes the job challenging.
