They make an effort to be transparent when they can be. However, total honesty with all employees would probably result in larger problems.

No merit increases for a calendar year despite the appearance that we are exceeding sales goals. Why does it seem like the goal posts keep moving?

With the last round of reorganization, I feel like my job could be off-shored at any time and I would be looking for a new job.

There should be more than 2% considering the current economy, inflation, and the need to retain employees who have the knowledge and skills to maintain symplr's market status and reputation.

Be honest about the plans to offshore teams and reduce headcounts. Figuring out ways to retain talent by ensuring that pay and benefits are being increased at least in line with inflation.

Being able to learn something new without it needing to be a total struggle. I don't mind teaching someone else what I have learned either, but strive to make it easier for them than it was for me.

The health and dental benefits are okay, but could be better. In particular when having to reach out to our contracted provider and argue about something that is stated as "covered" only to find out that it was denied on some technicality.

Between inflation and the employee cost of benefits, it seems like the salary increase was less overall. Further, I know that the next open enrollment is going to have our benefits cost increase, which is unavoidable at this point. In addition, there is not a clear path laid out for advancement.
