I do not feel undervalued as an individual, but I do think that my pay could be higher, based on average/median salary within the industry. Because of the history of pay of when I first started, it has impacted the overall compensation $ value over time, but I think symplr is doing it's best.

The desire of the Leadership team and individual associates to build a safe and positive culture that lifts up every person and supports us in both a personal and professional way - I feel like I can be the most authentic version of myself here at symplr, which is very rare to find in corporate.

I feel like I am valued for the person and work that I do in terms of recognition. However, I don't feel the pay I receive reflects the work quality and the title I possess. When you have a promotion and the salary increase % is not much different than a standard merit increase, it's discouraging.

The authenticity of each team member and how they show up to support each other - we have created a space of trust and safety within the team to have the freedom to reach out with our needs on a daily basis. The support the team provides is one of the best I've ever experienced in a workplace.

The Leadership team really promote a culture that is 'people first' - the emphasis on taking care of you, your family, and your work/life balance is one I have never seen at any other company. I feel like I can work hard because I know I can take time off to take care of myself when I need to.
