
Overall my main concern is the lack of accountability from the director and her inability to differentiate good from not so good employees. The fact that try to throw certain employees under the bus when in reality she should be addressing the problematic employees.
Having a reliable manager that will be supportive when needed.

Communication and contact with team members. Showing gratitude and appreciation would be nice from time to time.
We have a manager that is knowledgeable and dedicated to improving the team without bias. The team is ready and willing to work with each other to help us all be greater.
Raises going to the appropriate people based on merit and not nepotism. Promotions going to people who deserve them vs people who just get them due to having unknow information against the director.
Lack of promotion and or raises, however unqualified and undeserving people get them due to holding things over the directors head. I.e. a promotion is given out of fear of the employee speaking up on the directors lack of directing
The director does not do her job. She sits quiet when she should speak up to rightfully defend the team members. She chooses to write up people that shouldn't be when in reality the real troublesome employees get away with anything.
