It's working out fine for now.
I feel like I got lucky when I was hired for my team and landed at symplr. There are so many companies with toxic work environments and I don't have that here at all.
It arrives on time every two weeks.
I can get my work done.
When I make my quota
They try very hard to create and maintain a culture.
I don't have any input that would result in actionable change.
Everyone seems to want our team to succeed which is great.
When I make my quota and don't have to stress about that.
When I book a meeting so I might hit quota and get paid more.
They are all kind and cooperative and want to perform at the best level they can.
I don't really know them, but they seem sincere in heir goals and policies which I respect.
I love that we're remote, but there is still a great effort to keep us all engaged.
They are all around the same age and they have a lot of things in common with one another.
I don't really know the EL team, but I adore my manager and she is the reason I love my job.
I don't really know all of them well enough to speak on them. I love my CMO who I do know, and I adore my Director. She is wonderful.
I love that symplr doesn't just talk about employee mental wellness, they act on it. We have several options here for taking care of work/life balance and managing stress.
