Overall experience has been good. There were many changes in the beginning, and i see there are still many changes which are thankfully all good now. I do wish they would also look at managers and let them be rated and reviewed as much as the team because that's usually the reason people leave.

Company has changed a lot, so i am just now starting to see positive changes after the company has become Symplr. Overall experience is ok.

Overall a good place to work since we became symplr. I've noticed there are less meetings, less micromanaging, more flexibility, more work-life balance. Still needs some improvement in some of these areas but a progressive company indeed.

When i have a good understanding of the work i am completing and how i am contributing to the overall goal for our department. Most people don't know how their work impacts the main reason for the work they are completing.

knowing i am now drowning in work, a low stress environment helps me work efficiently. Supportive managers and team members, and the work culture. I like to be given work and trusted in a sense where i know i wont be micromanaged.

empathy, we all have personal lives apart from the work we do day in and out. It is nice to see all employees being supported no matter what level they are at. knowing an employees well being is being prioritized it what keeps good employees at companies
