I have enhoyed the growth and challenge that is a Saas company in a post-covid world. However, external pressures and internal opaqueness is creating distrust and confusion among me and colleagues. We feel executives our becoming more out of touch. It wasnt like that till the last year or so :/

Theyre always willing to help, great collaboration and comraderie. That is essential to me being happy personally and the job. This team work and genuiness reflects positively to our customers.

I like the big vision and go big approach to win in the compeititve and difficult world of healthcare. I also like the meetings where evetone is invested and learn whats going on.

The flexible PTO has meant a lot; particularly with a sick parent the past couple years. Also good dental care and vision have saved me money that i needed. HSA is good but dont like the match was reduced.

I like the collaboration and the openness to truly be yourself. Its a vibe of "we expect good work; but we give you autonomy to do it and in your style". I tyink theres also so many talented people at Symplr.
